1. Refund Eligibility

We offer full refunds under the following conditions:

  • Request made within 7 days of purchase
  • No credits have been used from the purchased package
  • Account is in good standing with no terms of service violations

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • Any credits have been used for video generation
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • Your account has been terminated for terms of service violations
  • You have previously received a refund for the same credit package

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your account email
  2. Include your transaction ID or payment receipt
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request

We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed back to the original payment method
  • Completed within 5-10 business days
  • Subject to processing fees charged by payment providers

5. Failed Video Generation

If video generation fails due to a service error on our end:

  • Credits will be automatically refunded to your account
  • No additional refund request is needed
  • We will investigate and resolve the technical issue

6. Credit Expiration

Credits never expire. There are no refunds based on unused credits over time.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us, we may not be able to process a refund. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
